Our Specialty Ham
Our 14 to 16 lb smoked whole hams and 7 to 8 lb half hams are ready to eat or heat for a real treet. Cured with a maple cure and smoked for 16 hours in our old fashioned brick smokehouse.

Holmen Meat Market Cured & Smoked Beef "Jerky" is made from round steak, sliced thick and full of flavor. Availble in approximately 1 lb. packages in (mild - not hot, spicy - midwest hot, tex mex - southwest hot.) A favorite of hunters, hikers and bikers.
Holmen Meat Market Cured & Smoked Beef is made from locally raised beef. Each stick is sliced thick, seasoned and smoked in our old fashioned brick smokehouse for 16 hours. "The Best"
